This service is catered for people who would like an introductory session in working out without any need for commitment. Emphasis will be placed on educating clients about safety and form during workouts and the use of gym equipment for various muscle groups. There will be 2 sessions needed - 1 for the gym and 1 for home workout. Client will receive soft-copy personalized workout routine at the end of both sessions for future reference.
Price : $200 in total
Duration : 2 x 1hr session (1x Gym / 1x Home Workout at any comfortable location)
